“ The chips and salsa were really good. The Mexican bowl was huge for the price, the meat was extra (little pricey for what you get) but still overall a very filling entree. The pizza was thin but not too thin and tasted great. The atmosphere is great and the waitresses were super friendly. Plenty of parking. ”
“ This was our third visit to Cali's. Second visit to this one. I am happy to report a consistently great experience. Although the food, wine and ambience have always been exceptional, it's really the people who make this a special place. Like both of our previous servers (Taylor P and Antonio) tonight's server, Isa, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We were sitting near the line, so I was able to see all of the servers and staff behind the counter. I noticed that, without exception, everyone was smiling, laughing and seemed extremely relaxed. This vibe carries over to the table and makes the entire experience at Cali's a true pleasure. Chips, salsa, guac made a great start. Chips, thin, crispy. Light dusting of "special" spices. Classic Pizza with pepperoni. We've gotten the pizza every time we've been to Cali's. Love the fresh basil! The sour dough crust is unexpectedly amazing. I got the Thai bowl - fried wontons crispy to the last bite. Every piece of steak was tasty and tender. Nice little kick somewhere. Noodles done perfectly. Excellent wine selection. We had the AZ pinot Gris. Imagery Pinot Noir. Because we were celebrating a birthday, the birthday girl got a free cookie. The cookies are amazing! ”
“ Food always taste fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly and honestly seemed happy. Which is very refreshing. This is my wife's go to spot for lunch. Honestly, I had not been in a minute but I was happy to see that the food quality is still up to high standards. I will say, I thought the wait staff was even better than I remember. Of course we will be back. Tai Peanut with steak and noodles. Yum! ”
